Creating a page on Facebook is one thing, managing it to what your idea of the is - is another thing. Personally, I've created up to 10 Facebook pages since I started using Facebook. I've deleted two of the pages because I lost focus and hope in it. Today, I'll show you the steps I took to delete my Facebook page via this step by step guide.. See: How to Delete A Facebook Group

Deleting a page from my experience is very straight-forward, not complex at all.

I want to delete my Facebook Page Right Now?


Yeah, let's head over to how to completely remove you FB page ASAP.
Note: Before attempting to delete a Facebook page, understand that you must be an admin first. If you are not an admin, it mean you cannot  delete that page.

If you're the rightful owner (admin) of the page you seek to delete, simply follow the steps outlined below to remove Facebook page.

  1. Go to the page you want to delete
  2. Click Settings at the top of the FB Page
  3. From General, click Remove Page
  4. Click Delete [Page name] and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deletion.
If you can't see the option "Remove Page", check to make certain that you are the page admin.

How to ban someone on your Facebook page: Banning someone is just as easy as removing someone who likes your Facebook page. But the advantage in Banning them is that they won't be able to like it again. Which is a more preferred option for preventing people who only come to spam your Facebook page.
Facebook recommend that you should ban people who continually publish spam on your FB Page. You can choose to unban them at any time. Although, when you ban people from your Page, they'll still be able to share content from your Page to other places on Facebook, but they'll no longer be able to publish to your Page, like or comment on your Page's posts, message your Page or like your Page.
This is a good option for people you don't want following your Page's posts in their Facebook News Feeds or News Feeds of their friends.

How to Ban Someone from Facebook Page

There are several ways to ban a person or another Page from your Facebook Page.
From the people who like your Page:
  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
  2. Click People and Other Pages in the left column
  3. Search for the person or click to check the box next to the name of the person you want to ban
  4. Click and select Ban From Page
  5. Click Confirm

How to ban someone on your Facebook page
From a comment on a Page post:
  1. Hover over a comment by the person or Page you want to ban and click
  2. Click Hide Comment
  3. Click Ban [Name]
From a message to your Page:
  1. Click Messages at the top of your Page
  2. Click the message on the left from the person you want to ban
  3. Click Actions at the top and select Ban From Page
  4. Click OK
From a post on your Page or a post your Page has been mentioned in:
  1. Click VISITOR POSTS on the right side of your Page
  2. Click in the top right of the post by the person or Page you want to ban
  3. Select Ban From Page and click Confirm

How to Unban Someone from a Facebook Page

To unban someone from your Page:
  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
  2. Click People and Other Pages in the left column
  3. Click People Who Like This Page and select Banned People and Pages
  4. Click to check the box next to the name of the person you want to unban
  5. Click and select Unban From Page
  6. Click Confirm

  1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
  2. From General, click Remove Page
  3. Click Delete [Page name]
  4. Click Delete Page and then click OK
Also keep in mind your Page won't be permanently deleted until 14 days has elapsed, but you can unpublish your Page at any time.

How to cancel or Undo Facebook Page deletion

Follow the tips below to cancel your Facebook page deletion:
  1. Go to your Page within 14 days of scheduling to delete your Page
  2. Click Cancel Deletion at the top of your Page
  3. Click Confirm and then click OK


Note that you can also delete your personal Facebook account.
Note: In the case where you can't find the delete option on your FB Page, make certain that you're truly an admin of that Page.

Some years ago, I was into creating Facebook pages with brandable username - thinking I could raise some money selling it to brands owner but it never happened - so, I loose interest and started removing each one of them one after the other.

How to Remove Someone Who Likes Your Facebook Page: Yes, you can remove anyone who likes your page - I didn't know this Facebook feature existed. Just got into a serious argument with my wife that it doesn't exist. Guess after publishing this post, I'll share it to her wall.

It is very possible to remove people who liked your Facebook Page and they'll no longer like it. But also keep in mind that Facebook Pages are public spaces, and people you've removed can choose to like your Page again. If you think they are bombarding your page with spam posts, then, banning them from your page is the best option.

Banning someone from your Facebook Page is like blocking someone from your main Facebook account, they'll no longer be able to like your Facebook page ever again.
