  • Friends with frequent annoying status updates.
  • Ex that bothers
  • Friends that spams your inbox
  • Account suspected to be a fraudster 
  • etc.
What ever is the reason, Facebook has an option for you to block them.

  • Note that you can always unblock people on your blocked list any time you want.
  • Keep in mind that whenever you block a Facebook friend and you want to later unblock them, you will have to resend them a new friend request.
  • Don't bother, people you block won't be notified

How can I quickly block people bothering me?

To block them, follow these steps below:

  1. Click at the top right of any Facebook page.
  2. Click Privacy Shortcuts
  3. Click How do I stop someone from bothering me?
  4. Enter the name of the person you want to block and click Block
  5. Select the specific person you want to block from the list that appears and click Block again

To unblock someone:

  2. Click Privacy Shortcuts
  3. Click How do I stop someone from bothering me?
  4. Click View All Blocked Users.
  5. Click Unblock next to the name of the person you want to unblock.

How to Block friends Apps on Facebook

Are you looking forward to blocking friends apps, friends app invites or notifications on Facebook? This guide is aimed at helping you block everything block-able on Facebook.

If there's anything I personally dislike with passion - it's friends app invites and notification majorly because I'm not a game fan. So, I do not want Facebook to bombard me with unending notification of apps or games. 

So what I do is to block any app that's causing the trouble.

How do I disable Friends app on Facebook?


To block your Facebook friends apps you need to pay a visiting to Facebook blocking center (Manage Blocking).

I wouldn't like to go into too much details because you reach the BLOCKING settings via this link: facebook.com/settings?tab=blocking

Visit the link through a web browser or simply go to Settings >> Blocking >> Manage Blocking

You will find a place to block apps - search for the app and block it.
